A word from the teacher,

I began my involvement with Yoga over 20 years ago, driven by what I believe is our common desire and objective to better our lives in terms of physical health and mind serenity. I chose Yoga for a reason that became undoubtedly more and more evident to me over the years: our state of well-being depends on a combined and harmonious thriving of  body and mind.
In parallel with my work and family life, my search and practice of Yoga and its wide fields of disciplines (Hatha and Raja yoga) took me often to India where I continued to deepen my practice.
When I began sharing this knowledge with circles of friends and acquaintances who sought my involvement,  I had a growing feeling of the need to identify from the wide diversity of Yoga practices a package of a reasonable number of postures and meditation methods which, once properly communicated, constitute a simple and yet very powerful short, straight  line towards the goal of body soundness and mind serenity.
That long selection process involved a lot of energy, time and devotion but the reward was the progress achieved by those who participated in the sessions regardless of their age. More importantly, most participants, made further progress integrating, in their variously demanding daily lives, what had become to them completely familiar techniques.
